Either way. We won't leave you guessing.
Before you write

Make one point, not five. The pieces we publish take a clear position and support it. A survey of everything happening in debt funds this quarter is not that.

Bring the number. If a claim can be checked against NAV history, a factsheet or a SEBI filing, say which — we will check it, and we would rather find it in your draft than after publishing.

Write the way you talk. No "in today's volatile macroeconomic landscape". Our readers are the people who read filings; they can tell.

We cannot publish recommendations. No "buy this fund", no price targets, no assured returns — SEBI rules bind us and we hold to them. Analysis of why something is mispriced, misunderstood or badly sold is exactly what we want.

Your submission

Got it.

Your piece is with the desk. We read everything that comes in and reply either way, usually within three working days.

A confirmation is on the way to the address you gave. Anything to add, just reply to it.

Optional, but it is the first thing an editor reads.

If you hold one, we print it with your byline.
Your piece runs with your face, name and role at the top — that is what gets read and shared. Upload a photograph, paste a link to one (your LinkedIn photo is fine), or just reply to our confirmation email with one attached.
Disclosed on the article, not held against it. Every writer has a position; hiding it is the only real problem.

Prefer email? editorial@mftimes.in works just as well.

Contributed pieces run under the author's name with their affiliation and any commercial relationship shown. Views in a contributor piece are the author's own, not those of MF Times.
